REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Bonjour Delilah experience. Because skincare products are personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened products based on fragrance preference, texture preference, or change of mind.

Unopened Products
Unopened and unused full-size products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the affected item or issue a refund. Photos or other proof of damage may be required.

Sensitive to Fragrance?
La Crème du Luxe has a distinctive orange-vanilla fragrance. If you are sensitive to fragrance or unsure whether the scent is right for you, we strongly recommend trying our 5 g sample before purchasing a full-size jar.

Our sample is $15 including U.S. shipping and includes a $20 credit toward your first full-size La Crème du Luxe purchase, valid for 30 days.
